Leads client-facing Priority ERP implementations from scoping through go-live, including system configuration, accounting setup, customization, deployment, training, user acceptance testing, troubleshooting, and ongoing consulting. Coordinates with project managers, directs support specialists, manages scope changes, documents decisions and risks, tracks billable work, and improves delivery processes. The role requires hands-on enterprise ERP implementation experience, client consulting skills, accounting knowledge, and familiarity with manufacturing or distribution operations.
