Own demand forecasting and revenue optimization across assigned airline markets. Analyze booking trends, customer demand, market conditions, and competitor pricing to improve network revenue and PRASK performance. Lead strategies for peak travel periods, validate revenue management system outputs, refine forecasts, and provide data-driven recommendations. Collaborate with Network Planning, Sales, Marketing, Loyalty, Alliances, and E-commerce teams while supporting process improvements and strategic revenue management initiatives.

Lead Etihad Airways’ global social media strategy, brand storytelling, content campaigns, influencer partnerships, agency relationships, and social activations. Establish KPIs, use analytics and customer insights to optimize performance, demonstrate ROI, and support commercial growth. Manage and develop a high-performing social media team while advising senior stakeholders and collaborating across brand, creative, digital, communications, commercial, and customer experience functions.

Optimize cargo and passenger flight capacity, overbooking, shipment prioritization, truck schedules, route allocations, and revenue strategies across approximately 10 routes and 20 daily flights. Analyze demand, capacity, and route performance; manage operational disruptions and rebooking; coordinate with Network Planning, Operations, Customer Service, Sales, and Pricing; and contribute to revenue management development projects.

Lead and execute sales activities for special accounts across Indonesia and Malaysia to meet revenue targets. Define and implement local channel strategy, monitor sales KPIs, coach and manage the commercial team, coordinate with business development and partners, develop sales and marketing initiatives, ensure contract and policy compliance, and maintain stakeholder relationships.

Manage and grow a portfolio of travel trade and corporate customers in Ghana.
