Provides analytical and operational support for compensation and benefits programs, including market pricing, salary surveys, merit and incentive cycles, benefits administration, audits, reporting, compliance, vendor coordination, and employee inquiries. The role develops procedures, supports regulatory reporting, assists with leave and workers’ compensation administration, and partners with HR, Payroll, HRIS, and vendors to ensure accurate and efficient total rewards operations.

Lead global Dayforce strategy and HRIS governance, own payroll accuracy and compliance, oversee payroll execution, design controls and processes, partner with IT/Finance, and serve as payroll backup to ensure audit readiness and data integrity.

Lead and manage Total Rewards operations including compensation, benefits, compliance, workers' compensation, leave administration, and related processes. Oversee a Total Rewards team, partner with Payroll/HRIS/Finance/Legal, ensure program consistency and compliance, drive process improvements, support budgeting and renewals, and produce reporting and analyses.

Provide global field support for railroad equipment testing, troubleshooting, repair, and commissioning of control systems and measurement technologies. Diagnose software and electrical issues, perform calibrations (X-ray, laser, GPS), deliver training, write technical reports, and analyze performance data while supporting OEMs and Lease Operations.

Lead design and development of complete electromechanical systems for railroad maintenance equipment. Translate requirements into system architecture, design and integrate automation and control systems (PLC, motor controls), validate designs through analysis and testing, mentor junior engineers, coordinate projects, and recommend new technologies and best practices.

Design and maintain electromechanical systems and industrial automation (PLC, motor controls, VFDs, traction systems). Translate requirements into system architecture, validate designs via analysis and testing, coordinate design efforts to meet schedules, support customers, and lead cross-functional design reviews.

Execute end-to-end U.S. and Canadian payroll processing, validate complex payroll calculations (prevailing wage, FWW, tax equalization), maintain audit-ready documentation and controls, resolve payroll errors, coordinate with HRIS/Finance/system providers, respond to payroll inquiries, and support Dayforce system enhancements and testing.

Manage the company credit card program (issuance, distribution, suspension, cancellation), update cost centers, monitor expirations, audit active cards, handle credit card hotline (including on-call evenings/weekends), retrieve reports, follow up on aged expense reports, participate in rotating mail delivery, create purchase requisitions, and process cash applications within the ERP.

Serve as HR partner providing talent management, compensation guidance, employee relations, investigations, organizational design, leadership development, training, workforce planning, and HR analytics to support business leaders.

Manage and administer Dayforce and Cornerstone systems, ensure data integrity and integrations, build reports and dashboards, support users and testing, maintain documentation, and drive HRIS process improvements and governance.
