Lead and develop the dealership sales department, coach managers and consultants, drive new and used vehicle sales and profitability, manage inventory and pricing, desk deals, monitor KPIs, partner with Finance and Fixed Ops, ensure CRM and DMS execution, resolve customer issues, recruit and retain talent, and maintain OEM compliance to meet monthly and annual goals.
