Architect and lead AEM implementations and migrations. Design and build components, templates, dialogs, workflows and schedulers using Sling/CRX/OSGi/JCR. Integrate via REST/SOAP, handle data exchange (JSON/XML), manage backups/restoration, CI/CD with Git/Maven/Jenkins, enforce code quality and testing, and provide technical leadership.

Develop/customize applications and scripts, perform Windows Server administration, design and document workflows and system interfaces, gather requirements, conduct testing, training, and provide ongoing support and defect resolution.

Manage export and trade compliance for aviation aftermarket supply chains, administer licenses, ensure ITAR/EAR and sanctions compliance, support DOC/DOS licensing lifecycle and audits, and use SAP GTS, SNAP-R, EASE, and MS Office for shipment compliance.

Set up test, preproduction and developer environments on physical servers; act as SQL Server DBA including security auditing; develop Big Data solutions and programs; perform user acceptance and integration testing. Requires experience with DTS/SSIS/SSRS, T-SQL, C#, PowerShell, Hive/Hadoop, and Microsoft SQL Server 2000 certification.

Create user-centered designs from Discovery outputs for development teams, and support UX activities (research, stakeholder interviews, benchmarking, testing) across multiple projects in a small UX team.

Provide operational support within an Agile environment, automate deployments and configuration (Chef, tests like ChefSpec/Test Kitchen), manage CI/CD (Hudson/Jenkins), revision control (git), scripting (bash, Python/Ruby), deploy and operate AWS infrastructure (CloudFormation), work with big-data services (Cassandra, Elasticsearch), use Docker/Vagrant/Packer, and perform Linux/Apache/Tomcat system administration while collaborating across teams.

Perform QA for CRM systems (Salesforce, Sales Logix, NetSuite, Magento): write and execute manual tests, design and implement automated tests, query data with SQL/Oracle, coordinate QA across teams including offshore engineers, and work within an Agile team.

Lead finance/treasury systems design projects: create initiative charter, document current-state workflows, perform gap analysis across NIR/ALM/FTP, define end-state NIR strategy, develop phased implementation plan, manage timelines, budgets, stakeholders, risks, and change management; produce training materials and support executive-level reporting.
