Operate in a 24x7 on-call rotation, manage multiple high-priority issues, produce technical documentation, identify and mitigate risks, and coordinate hardware/application installations. Mortgage/real-estate lending domain experience and BCP support preferred.

Design, develop, and support TIBCO-based integration solutions using TIBCO BW, EMS, EDI, and BusinessConnect. Implement and maintain TIBCO-SAP integrations, troubleshoot middleware issues, and collaborate with teams to ensure reliable message exchange and system interoperability.
