Lead technical projects for a major national client: develop/manage project plans and schedules, assign and prioritize team work, monitor design/development/testing/deployments, manage risks/issues, report progress, ensure quality of deliverables, and support team members.

Serve as liaison between business, IT, and support for payroll systems (SAP and Cyborg). Gather and document requirements, create process flows and functional specs, develop and execute test plans/scripts, perform UAT, track and escalate issues, and support implementation and project planning for payroll and disbursement accounting.

Develop and maintain webMethods integration processes and services. Build RosettaNet process models, implement WS-Security, perform IS/Broker performance tuning and capacity planning, install webMethods on Linux/Unix, support trading networks and legacy integrations, and follow customer requirements with minimal supervision.

Edit and manage GIS datasets with change management as a core function. Perform ArcMap 10.x editing, versioning, validation, and analysis using ESRI products. Support linear referencing and LiDAR point-cloud extraction workflows as needed. Preferred transportation/railroad experience. Maintain strong organization, communication, and self-directed work; learn and follow railroad safety practices.

Develop and maintain deployment automation and system automation tools. Build scripts and automation using Shell/Perl/Python; implement configuration management with Chef, Puppet, and Ansible. Provide Linux system administration expertise and support installation and configuration tasks for production environments. Contract role based in Bellevue, WA.
