Lead the Invoice-to-Pay (I2P) process and solution portfolio, driving standardization, optimization, and SAP S/4HANA digital transformation. Manage multiple initiatives end-to-end—design, implementation, testing, deployment, and hypercare—while leading cross-functional teams, governance, risk, and stakeholder communications to deliver finance solutions at scale.

Lead strategic data partnerships with growers to improve trial insights, product characterization, and technical placement. Align partnerships with commercial and TPP goals, ensure data quality and compliance, collaborate with ADS to deploy analytics and digital tools, and drive global change management and adoption across regional teams.

Field-based sales role covering Czech Republic and Slovakia: meet sales targets, advise growers on agrotechnics and seed selection, organize trainings and field days, coordinate trial plots, and build long-term customer relationships.

Lead country sales organization for vegetable seeds: own P&L, set and execute sales strategy, grow revenue and market share, manage distributors and key accounts, coach and build a high-performance sales team, align with marketing, supply chain and product teams, drive demand creation, pricing and forecasting, and provide market intelligence and customer management.

Drive seed product sales in assigned territories by identifying new business, delivering technical demonstrations, recommending seed solutions, managing CRM pipelines, negotiating contracts, providing technical support, coordinating with internal teams, tracking industry trends, and reporting forecasts and performance.
