Lead cloud infrastructure design and delivery for enterprise applications. Work with AWS, Azure, OpenStack and container technologies (Docker, ECS). Lead storage and backup operations: design and detail processes, administer EMC VNX/NetApp and NetBackup, manage SAN fabrics (Brocade/Cisco MDS), resolve incidents and performance issues, use monitoring tools, support on-call and after-hours incidents, manage projects and teams, and work in a travel-heavy consulting environment.

Lead technical team to design, develop, administer and deploy ServiceNow platform solutions. Implement ITSM, Discovery, Orchestration, PPM and Demand Management modules; build workflows and scripts; perform design/code reviews, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and maintain production reliability via change management. Mentor team and provide technical estimates.

Design, develop, and test Java applications using JPA/Hibernate, Spring/Struts and web services (SOAP/REST) with MQ. Build web UIs with JavaScript/jQuery/HTML/CSS, work through SDLC and project lifecycle, perform design and architecture reviews, and support financial services in a global delivery environment.

Develop and maintain Drupal (headless, Drupal 7) modules and integrations using PHP and MySQL. Work with React frontends, Git, AWS, and Agile practices to deliver headless Drupal solutions.

Administer and tune MicroStrategy BI environments on UNIX/Linux: install/configure servers, manage metadata/security, optimize report performance, support ETL/DW schemas, deliver reports, coordinate upgrades, and provide advanced troubleshooting.

Lead Appian development and implementations: process modeling, SAIL forms, Tempo reports, datastores/CDT creation, and integrations. Requires strong Java/J2EE skills, analytic ability, and excellent communication. Must have 5–9 years' experience and U.S. work authorization (no sponsorship).
