Manage day-to-day accounting for luxury HOA properties including operating and reserve funds, AR and collections, general ledger, cash management, process improvements, reporting, and lead/mentor accounting staff.

Manage annual CapEx budgets and capital improvement projects for the resort: plan, budget, procure, select contractors, oversee construction, perform site inspections, coordinate with operations, minimize guest disruption, maintain project documentation, and report progress to leadership and ownership.

Lead Talent & Culture activities partnering with the Regional Director to recruit, onboard, develop, and engage hotel team members. Drive L&D, succession planning, recognition programs, engagement measurement, HR administration, compliance with local labor laws, and daily Talent & Culture operations to support service excellence and organizational culture.

Manage daily hotel accounting operations including reconciliations, balance sheet analysis, month-end close, daily labor reports, intercompany invoicing, PO checkbook coordination, and improving accounts receivable collections while liaising with DOF/ADOF and department heads.

Lead HR operations for a luxury resort: supervise office HR team, manage recruiting, onboarding, learning & development, employee relations, policy compliance, benefits and payroll oversight, and drive DEI, retention, and engagement initiatives.

Manage day-to-day administration, financial oversight, compliance, vendor relationships, and reporting for U.S. benefits programs. Support benefits platform implementation, annual enrollment, communications, and process improvements while providing subject-matter guidance to property Talent & Culture teams and developing global benefits governance.

Support corporate and property finance through budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, KPI monitoring (Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, GOP), CapEx ROI/NPV analysis, and dynamic financial modeling. Prepare executive reports, collaborate with property leaders on cost-savings and revenue strategies, and support new property openings and transitions. Communicate findings to non-financial stakeholders and perform ad hoc financial analysis.

Lead day-to-day social media and website marketing for Cambridge House, manage partnerships, PR support, asset and collateral management, and produce digital and print creative to elevate the luxury brand.
