Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, prepare journal entries and financial reports, reconcile bank/AP/AR, process expense reports, support audits, and contribute to budgeting and variance analysis while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and hotel policies.

Manage hotel accounts payable: receive, code, and enter invoices; run payments and reimbursements; maintain vendor relationships and records; assist month-end close and produce AP reports.
