Lead OECD corporate operations (Digital, Conferences, Security/Infrastructure, HR) as a senior executive. Develop and implement strategy, drive operational efficiency, oversee large multidisciplinary teams, manage Programme of Work and Budget, build cross-organisational partnerships, and represent DCO externally while promoting ethical, inclusive, and high-performance culture.

OECD Internship Programme places full-time students in policy and corporate teams to conduct research, analyse data, draft documents, support events, and liaise with stakeholders. Support analysis of OECD visibility and influence across media, digital and AI-mediated environments. Monitor LLM referrals and bot-driven traffic, develop AI-era metrics (GEO), analyse publication citations and performance, prepare media intelligence products, and maintain reporting dashboards (e.g., Power BI) integrating traditional and emerging AI indicators.
