Provide in-house legal counsel to the President, Board, and senior leadership on governance, compliance, employment and labor, contracts, risk management, and nonprofit matters. Draft and negotiate complex agreements, oversee outside counsel, deliver legal training, advise on student and academic issues, update policies and bylaws, and mitigate institutional legal risk while supporting institutional priorities and collaborating with campus stakeholders.

Support collection, validation, analysis, and reporting of learning and clinical education data. Produce dashboards, reports, and briefs to inform student progression, retention, accreditation, and teaching improvement. Collaborate with faculty, Health Center, and institutional research to improve data quality, analytics, and decision-support.
