Process and code invoices, vouchers, expense reports and payment requests; issue demand checks; ensure policy adherence; research and resolve AP inquiries and prepare payments by due dates.

Provide Level-2 technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals. Troubleshoot and repair hardware/software issues, resolve LAN and VPN connectivity, work with Infrastructure and Messaging teams, and meet SLAs while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Manage delinquent customer accounts by tracking past-due balances, responding to delinquency emails, processing returned checks, and running daily reports to block or release accounts. Report delinquencies to the state when required. Support daily deposit processing, payment posting, monitor customer pickup queue, and provide reception coverage. Requires attention to detail, organization, Excel skills, and strong customer service.

Provide reception, mailroom, print production, hospitality, and office services support across multiple NYC client sites. Duties include receiving/sorting mail and packages, printing/copying/scanning/assembling documents, greeting visitors, answering/transferring calls, scheduling and setting up conference rooms, maintaining supplies and equipment, and completing administrative tasks. Must lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, adapt to changing locations and shifts, and use Microsoft 365 apps.
