Own assigned scripted series from kickoff through delivery: budgets, schedules, crew, locations, vendor coordination, and junior staff management. Build department infrastructure (workflows, templates, systems), maintain talent relationships, and provide creative leadership across multiple simultaneous projects.

Manage day-to-day post-production across scripted and unscripted projects: scheduling, resource and vendor coordination, frontline creative feedback, note implementation, project-level budgets, and building operational workflows and documentation alongside the Director of Post.

Shape unscripted footage into polished, YouTube-native content from assembly to picture lock. Find narrative threads and character arcs in raw material, apply strong hooks and pacing, manage an assistant editor and high-volume edit pipeline, and deliver organized handoffs to finishing (color, sound, VFX) on a fast turnaround schedule.

Manage media ingest, backups, and project organization; build and maintain Premiere projects; assist editors with selects and notes; prep/conform sequences for Resolve, handle VFX/audio/graphics pulls, final delivery, and on-set media management.

Manage production logistics for unscripted series: coordinate travel, on-set logistics, crew meals, equipment, permits, releases, invoices, petty cash, and location agreements to keep shoots running smoothly.

Lead editorial process for scripted vertical and mixed-format series from assembly through picture lock. Collaborate with directors and producers on story, pacing, and emotional arc; manage edit pipeline with an Assistant Editor; coordinate with color, sound, VFX vendors; and help develop post-production standards while delivering high-volume, platform-optimized cuts for 13–30 year-old audiences.
