Manages employee benefits, leave and accommodation programs, workers’ compensation, HR compliance, audits, employee records, and Paycom HRIS administration. Advises leaders and employees on benefits, employment policies, leave laws, and accommodations; coordinates vendors, audits, reporting, payroll-related processes, and compliance initiatives. Develops procedures, improves People Operations processes, supports employee relations investigations, and provides guidance or mentorship to support staff.

Lead recruiting coordination and onboarding across multiple sites. Supervise recruiting coordinators, manage job postings, candidate tracking, interview logistics, and onboarding operations. Partner with hiring managers, support sourcing and pipelines, maintain candidate experience and compliance, report hiring metrics, run recruiting events, and help improve hiring and retention processes.
