Lead development and execution of strategic communications to elevate the colleges reputation. Oversee media relations, content creation, vendor management, performance tracking, annual reports, and team hiring/training. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and marketing to align messaging for high-visibility initiatives, presidential communications, and institutional storytelling.

Perform data extraction, validation, statistical analysis and reporting to support decision-making. Lead and manage Broward College's engagement and annual giving programs, including alumni and donor engagement, stewardship, communications, direct marketing appeals, and events. Set and track annual fundraising goals, supervise managers, collaborate with marketing, alumni, stewardship and database teams, cultivate and solicit donors, manage budgets and staff, and evaluate program performance. Weekend and evening work required.
