Provide financial aid counseling and process awards by verifying applications, analyzing income/budgets, accessing federal student-aid systems, reconciling records, resolving discrepancies, and assisting students and departments with financial aid documentation and reporting.

Develop and execute strategic campaigns, map the student lifecycle, use analytics/SEO/social media, manage crisis communications (NIMS/ICS), and build/coach a high-performing marketing and communications team aligned with institutional goals.

Manage design, delivery, and growth of non-credit and workforce programs. Coordinate course implementation, scheduling, onboarding adjuncts, marketing partnerships, budget and enrollment monitoring, compliance, and program evaluation to ensure quality and alignment with labor market needs.

Designs, analyzes, and implements business process improvements across HR, Finance, Procurement, and student systems. Conducts gap and impact analyses, builds and modifies ERP processes (including Workday), coordinates stakeholders and planning meetings, supports report development and help-desk issues, and maintains process roadmaps and documentation to align technology with institutional goals.

Lead and supervise accounts payable operations: process supplier payments, monitor approvals, reconcile accounts, resolve vendor inquiries, review and correct transactions, test and implement AP procedures/systems, and provide coaching/training to ensure accuracy and timeliness of payments.
