Review customer delivery files for required documentation and compliance, complete checklists, compile missing-item reports, work with the Compliance Director and dealership staff, provide compliance and administrative support, and help resolve compliance issues.

The role requires customer negotiation, strong communication, administrative accuracy, knowledge of financial products and interest rates, and automotive finance experience.

Provide administrative and paralegal support to the General Counsel for a multi-state automotive dealership group: manage corporate filings and records, assist with insurance claims, regulatory/compliance, manufacturer agreements, subpoenas, pre-litigation, draft contracts and correspondence, prepare documents for attorney review, conduct limited research, maintain filing systems, track deadlines, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

Sell pre-owned luxury vehicles by guiding customers through the entire purchase process: prospecting and following up on leads, conducting walk-arounds and test drives, negotiating price, assisting with financing/lease paperwork, delivering vehicles and explaining features/warranty, and building long-term guest relationships while meeting dealership sales quotas.
