Training is provided, and the position requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, computer literacy, and Microsoft Excel skills.

Manage the pre-owned automotive sales department, including hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, performance tracking, inventory appraisal, vehicle stocking, and sales goal setting. Maintain inventory turn targets, oversee CRM follow-up and appointments, develop sales volume and gross profit, and coordinate with other dealership departments. The role requires automotive management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, negotiation ability, a valid driver’s license, and familiarity with CDK and vAuto.
