Own the vision, roadmap and backlog for integration and API platform capabilities. Define API contracts and integration standards, drive reusable, scalable integrations, work with engineering and stakeholders to deliver platform solutions, and measure adoption and performance of APIs and integration services.

Lead and coach a team of ~10 telesales and customer sales reps to deliver excellent customer service, meet sales and retention targets, manage resourcing and reporting, improve processes, support lead generation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive commercial performance and brand objectives.
