Drive strategic, technology-enabled change across Greene King by eliciting and documenting end-to-end requirements, engaging stakeholders, managing portfolios of high-complexity projects, tracking solution design success, and ensuring cross-functional change delivery for operational and customer outcomes.

Lead month-end accounting, drive R2R process improvements, deliver accurate financial reports and reconciliations, support audits, and provide analysis and stakeholder insights to enable strategic and operational decisions.

Lead strategy, roadmap and day-to-day delivery of people systems and HR platforms. Ensure HR data, payroll integrations and compliance, drive self-service adoption, manage vendors, deliver reporting and insights, and lead system change and continuous improvement focused on colleague and manager experience.

Own the vision, roadmap and backlog for integration and API capabilities. Define API contracts and integration standards, ensure scalable, reusable services, work with engineering and stakeholders to deliver integration solutions, shape integration architecture, drive API adoption, performance and reuse across digital products.

Drive sustainability and profitability across the M4 Corridor by recruiting and retaining partners, conducting business reviews, managing debt and contractual compliance, maximising capital investment, delivering EBITDA and Licensee Index targets, and supporting Greene King projects.

Own the vision, roadmap and backlog for integration and API platform capabilities. Define API contracts and integration standards, drive reusable, scalable integrations, work with engineering and stakeholders to deliver platform solutions, and measure adoption and performance of APIs and integration services.

Provide 4th-line application support and escalation for Infor System 21 (Aurora); maintain, enhance and patch ERP and WMS systems using RPG; own incident resolution and root-cause analysis; collaborate with internal teams and third-party suppliers; act as SME supporting BAU and improvements.

Manage and grow Free Trade customer accounts across a designated territory (East Yorkshire). Deliver sales strategy, present and negotiate commercial offers, acquire new accounts, use joint business partnerships and promotional campaigns, provide financial support via Greene King loans, and meet trading profit and volume targets while building strong customer relationships.
