Lead platform strategy and execution for Kuro's core data platform: define data domain models, project graphs, ontologies, and essential services (permissions, versioning, lineage). Partner with engineering, design, FDEs, and leadership to prioritize, measure, and ship extensible AI-native capabilities that scale enterprise construction workflows.

Build and own end-to-end customer-facing features and APIs, maintain web app security and performance, and develop scalable multi-modal ingestion pipelines. Model the construction ontology and project graph, implement entity resolution, integrate with customer systems, and contribute to workflow/platform abstractions, evaluation tooling, and human review surfaces to support auditable, evidence-linked AI outputs.

Work with the CEO to build Kuro's go-to-market engine: drive top-of-funnel outreach, manage POCs and customer expansion, create business cases and commercial materials, maintain CRM and sales operations, feed product insights, and build scalable GTM processes and automations for enterprise construction customers.

Own end-to-end AI automation use cases for enterprise construction customers: scope problems, build LLM/vision/embedding-based pipelines, ingest and validate documents, codify reusable templates, and ship production-ready solutions while working onsite with customers and shaping product direction.

Work directly with the CEO on high-ownership generalist tasks across sales, business development, operations, automation, hiring, and marketing. Build lead generation, support enterprise accounts, use AI and automation to scale team impact, remove bottlenecks, and drive company priorities in an early-stage construction AI SaaS startup.

Early Customer Success hire responsible for onboarding, supporting and driving adoption for enterprise construction customers. Build customer success processes, create onboarding materials and knowledge base, monitor usage and support requests, surface customer feedback to product, and automate internal operations using AI.

Lead and execute Kuro's technical vision, build and mentor a senior engineering team, architect scalable data and AI platforms (document ingestion, semantic search, 3D integration), make full‑stack and infrastructure decisions, and represent engineering in product, customer, and investor interactions.

Build, prototype, and productionize applied AI workflows for construction projects: manage experimentation pipelines, error analysis, evaluation/scoring, dataset curation, and improve ML/data pipelines and monitoring for complex unstructured data sources.
