Design and implement a modern JavaScript-based, visual development environment focused on usability and interactive web applications. Integrate the UI frontend with backend systems (REST, WebSockets), enable easy feature extension, and collaborate with backend technologies to support control-system design workflows.

Design mixed-signal automotive ICs with emphasis on EMC predictability.
