Support project managers on affordable housing development, asset repositioning, and planning projects. Maintain schedules and project documentation, coordinate meetings, analyze regulatory guidance and project data, draft client deliverables, manage subcontractors, and travel to client sites as needed.

Supervise HCV program operations and staff, assigning caseloads, monitoring compliance with HUD rules, managing recertifications and lease processes, training and coaching staff, producing reports, conducting quality control reviews, handling participant and landlord inquiries, and supporting special projects to ensure program objectives are met.
