Respond to high-volume internet leads via email, phone, and in-person. Assist guests with vehicle selection, provide industry knowledge, and ensure high customer satisfaction. Use basic office technology and social media, work nights/weekends, and maintain a valid driver's license and insurable driving record. Participate in training and pursue sales targets and commission opportunities.

Advise customers on financing and F&I products, structure deals for profitability, submit deals to lenders, ensure regulatory compliance, audit post-sale deals, and secure timely contract funding while driving customer satisfaction.
