Leads proposal development for SOCOTEC’s Buildings & Real Estate team, establishing processes, managing proposal teams and resources, coordinating content and presentations, ensuring compliance with RFQ/RFP requirements, and improving proposal quality and win rates. The role also delivers training, guides authors, oversees branding and final production, manages deadlines, and conducts lessons learned. It requires extensive proposal writing and management experience, strong English communication, and proficiency with Adobe and Microsoft tools.

Monitors sensor and instrumentation data, identifies abnormalities, configures sensors remotely, supports automated data processing, maintains data visualization on BlueTrust Monitoring platforms, and prepares daily, weekly, and monthly reports. The role collaborates with on-site teams and helps ensure continuous, accurate project data delivery.

Processes vendor invoices, resolves accounts payable discrepancies, verifies coding and expense submissions, supports month-end close, maintains internal controls, and assists with annual 1099 preparation. The role also responds to AP inquiries, coordinates with vendors and internal departments, and ensures accurate and compliant payment processing.

Supports corporate accounting through month-end journal entries, account and bank reconciliations, audit assistance, tax filings, 1099 preparation, cash receipt and disbursement posting, invoice processing, accounts payable documentation, and responding to vendor and employee inquiries.

Supports construction and business damages consulting through financial analysis, claims preparation, construction schedule and delay analysis, contract and accounting record review, monetary damages calculations, project controls, research, and client project support. Works with Associates and Managers on active projects, primarily in an office setting with occasional site visits.

Collects, processes, validates, and analyzes monitoring sensor data; identifies data quality issues; supports dashboard and visualization development; prepares technical reports and summaries; and assists with documentation and technical data activities for water quality and environmental monitoring projects.

Leads construction code and planning projects from initiation through municipal approval and final sign-off. Manages project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, deliverables, reporting, and client communications. Coordinates architects, engineers, contractors, internal teams, and municipal agencies while ensuring permitting, code compliance, and approval requirements are met. Serves as the primary client and project contact, resolves issues, maintains project records, and may supervise or mentor junior project managers.

Collects, processes, and analyzes monitoring sensor data; checks data quality and identifies anomalies; supports dashboards, visualization, technical reports, data validation, and documentation. The intern will assist with water quality and environmental monitoring projects while providing technical support and developing data analysis skills.

Coordinates marketing proposals, qualifications packages, SF330 documents, and presentation materials for RFP/RFQ responses. Prepares technical resumes and project descriptions, coordinates deliverables across locations, maintains content libraries and CRM data, and supports broader marketing initiatives. The role requires strong organization, writing, communication, collaboration, attention to detail, and deadline management in an architecture, engineering, or construction environment.

Perform accurate data entry, annotation, classification, labeling, curation, cleaning, formatting, and standardization across datasets including architectural plans and multimedia. Conduct quality checks, identify inconsistencies, enrich data with metadata, organize repositories, and collaborate with technical teams to resolve data-quality issues.
