Manage and improve the ITSM platform (USM), administer modules (Incident, Request, Change, Problem, CMDB), configure workflows/SLAs/automation, drive process standardization, deliver reporting, coordinate vendor releases, support audits, and provide user training and documentation.

Lead design and optimization of scalable ETL/ELT pipelines on Snowflake, advance data governance and quality practices, collaborate with stakeholders to deliver data solutions, and mentor data engineers while coaching business users on enterprise data usage.

Manage procurement for engineering projects: source and negotiate supplier agreements, oversee contract execution, coordinate with engineering to specify complex systems and components, and optimize price and schedule while minimizing project risk.

Design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes using Snowflake, DBT, and Azure. Develop Streamlit applications, ensure data quality and governance, collaborate with architects and stakeholders, and document and improve data processes for performance and cost efficiency.

Provide day-to-day HR administrative support as first point of contact for employees and managers. Maintain employee records, draft HR correspondence, assist with onboarding, payroll administration, training, compliance, and wider People & Culture initiatives in a hybrid Farnborough-based role.

Manage the end-to-end tendering process for service, maintenance and systems solutions: review contracts, develop compliant technical and commercial proposals, coordinate stakeholders and suppliers, produce accurate cost estimates, lead bid reviews, and support commercial negotiations through contract award.
