Serve as strategic HR partner to the Energy Division, aligning HR initiatives with business goals, ensuring compliance, leading HR Generalists, and driving talent management, succession planning, and development. Use HR data to inform decisions and support organizational design, performance management, and employee relations.

Support day-to-day HR operations including employee relations, payroll and hiring coordination, compliance, performance management, HRIS administration, and HR reporting. Serve as HR business partner to divisions, advise managers, coordinate training, and ensure accurate, confidential HR data.

Manage day-to-day operations of tools, equipment, fleet, and consumable inventory. Ensure asset readiness, tracking, maintenance, billing in Viewpoint Spectrum, vendor coordination, and fleet transition. Lead the Assets team, perform cycle counts/audits, produce utilization and operational reports, and partner with field operations, procurement, safety, and finance to minimize downtime and ensure cost recovery.
