Develop and execute procurement category strategies across materials, equipment, services, and operational purchasing. Manage purchase orders, strategic sourcing, supplier evaluation, negotiations, contracts, supplier performance, spend analysis, and cost-reduction initiatives. Partner with project, Finance, and Operations teams to improve purchasing efficiency, mitigate supply chain risk, and ensure continuity of supply. The role requires supplier relationship management, procurement analytics, and up to 15–25% travel.

Designs and develops industrial automation hardware, including schematics, layouts, wiring drawings, bills of materials, and production documentation. Collaborates with software, controls, manufacturing, panel shop, and field teams; troubleshoots hardware issues; verifies compliance with UL508A and other standards; supports industrial networking; leads continuous improvement; and assists with customer-site startup and commissioning.

Lead multiple utility-scale solar projects from handoff through closeout, managing scope, contracts, schedules, budgets, safety, materials, subcontractors, customer communication, change orders, financial forecasting, site progress, and final deliverables. Coordinate with engineering, estimating, pre-construction, construction, and field teams to meet project milestones and financial objectives. The role is based in Goodhue five days per week and includes 20% travel to project sites.

Supports industrial automation projects by designing SCADA and HMI applications, developing reusable visualization components, participating in system reviews, performing FAT, SAT, and commissioning, troubleshooting control and communication systems, following documentation and quality standards, and assisting with continuous improvement.

Drive business growth in industrial electrical construction markets by developing customer relationships, identifying project opportunities, leading early project discussions, and guiding pursuits through development. Partner with estimating, preconstruction, design, and operations teams on proposals and pursuit strategies. Manage account strategies, qualify opportunities, support RFP responses and presentations, maintain CRM pipeline records, attend industry events, and preserve customer relationships through project execution.
