Oversees operations, staff, participant services, mentorship, partnerships, events, communications, budgets, funding support, compliance, and performance measurement. Connects incubator activities with academic programs and experiential learning while advising the Dean on priorities, risks, and resources. Builds relationships across industry, community, government, philanthropic, and post-secondary organizations to expand opportunities for entrepreneurs and strengthen the regional entrepreneurship ecosystem.

Leads the Careers Hub team and oversees career development, work-integrated learning, co-operative education, employer and student services, events, online systems, reporting, and operational and project workplans. Supervises staff, allocates resources, resolves issues, supports recruitment and performance management, develops procedures and improvements, provides training and subject-matter guidance, and contributes to institutional career and WIL strategy.
