Support the Director of Finance in hotel financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, internal controls, audits, budgeting, forecasting, tax compliance, accruals, inventory controls, and financial analysis. Partner with department leaders to drive cost control, approve disbursements, oversee contracts and insurance documentation, and assist in finance team management and development.

Manage full accounts receivable for two Amsterdam hotels: prepare and post invoices, credit notes, and payments; monitor and follow up on overdue balances; liaise with Sales, Front Office, Events and Revenue; resolve billing discrepancies; support month-end and year-end closings, reconciliations and financial analysis; identify process improvements within AR.

Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee engagement across two DC hotels. Manage HRIS/employee records, assist with employee relations, coordinate events, and help implement culture and wellness initiatives.
