Coordinate AGU’s Section Honors program, managing 80+ awards, nomination and review portals, eligibility screening, volunteer committees, trainings, webpages, honoree logistics, reimbursements, and communications. Support annual meeting planning, audits, data analysis, process improvements, and cross-functional projects. The role requires stakeholder communication, project coordination, administrative judgment, attention to detail, and operational support for honors and section initiatives.

Lead and grow AGU's individual giving program by managing a portfolio of mid-level and major donors, building fundraising systems and pipelines, conducting prospect research in Salesforce, mentoring a Senior Coordinator, collaborating cross-functionally, supporting the VP of Development on strategy, and executing donor cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship to meet fundraising goals.
