Support payroll processing and maintain HRIS (Paycom) data integrity. Review timesheets, process payroll and garnishments, generate HR/payroll reports, assist audits, provide HRIS training and troubleshooting, manage employee lifecycle data, and support HR/finance collaboration and process improvements.

Oversee elementary afterschool programming; supervise and hire part-time staff; implement SEL, mental health, and inclusion supports; ensure compliance with SACC, DYCD and other funder requirements; build partnerships with schools, NYPD and community groups; collect/analyze program data; plan events; assist with grant development; provide onsite mediation and crisis response.
