Design, prototype, and transition thermal imaging camera hardware from schematic to production. Perform analog/digital/mixed-signal circuit design, PCB capture and layout in Altium, BOM and ERP management, lab bring-up and debug with test instrumentation, prototype soldering/rework, vendor coordination, production introduction (DFM/DFT), and sustaining engineering for fielded products.

Design, analyze, simulate, optimize, validate, and transfer infrared imaging optical systems to production. Perform tolerancing, DFM, prototyping, testing (MTF, interferometry), supplier coordination, integration, troubleshooting, documentation, and NPI. Collaborate across disciplines to ensure manufacturable, high-performance optical solutions and support continuous improvement and cost estimating.
