Provides onsite HR support for employees and managers, including employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, performance management, HRIS administration, records maintenance, reporting, benefits, compliance, and HR program coordination. The role safeguards confidential information, supports workforce planning and retention, maintains accurate employee data, and escalates sensitive or compliance-related matters to the HR Manager.

Design, analyze, simulate, optimize, validate, and transfer infrared imaging optical systems to production. Perform tolerancing, DFM, prototyping, testing (MTF, interferometry), supplier coordination, integration, troubleshooting, documentation, and NPI. Collaborate across disciplines to ensure manufacturable, high-performance optical solutions and support continuous improvement and cost estimating.
