Make outbound/inbound calls to current timeshare owners to generate upgrades and new sales. Maintain a 45-day engagement cycle with follow-up via phone, email, and text. Cross-sell Westgate vacation products, meet daily call and volume targets, keep accurate records, and follow policies. Work as a commission-driven independent contractor under Telesales team lead.

Review, verify, enter, and maintain timeshare ownership and contract documents. Ensure data accuracy and compliance, update internal databases, coordinate discrepancies with departments, respond to owner inquiries, and support document distribution, filing, and special projects.

Lead and coach a sales team selling points-based vacation ownership, ensure legal and regulatory compliance, train staff on accessibility and disclosure requirements, audit contracts, monitor KPIs, collaborate with Compliance/Legal/HR/Marketing, and maintain a transparent, guest-first sales culture while escalating risks and documenting process improvements.

Act as a frontline marketing greeter promoting Westgate Resorts by engaging tourists, selling discounted attraction tickets and room nights, booking reservations, operating POS, balancing transactions, and delivering concierge-level customer service to drive resort tour sign-ups and commissions.

Answer inbound calls from property owners, review and process ownership documents for accuracy, update records in internal systems, perform data entry/scanning, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely, compliant document processing. Provide clear explanations to owners and support team tasks as assigned.

Sell Westgate timeshare weeks to prospective buyers by giving tours, pitching products, completing sales paperwork, and providing excellent guest service. Attend sales meetings and serve as a tour guide for resort guests.

Provide administrative and marketing support to the Marketing Director and team by coordinating production/distribution of promotional materials, managing inventory, compiling reports and financials, auditing gifting paperwork, processing payroll/timesheets, verifying deposits, negotiating contracts, and supporting operational efficiency across the marketing department.

Support month-end close and financial reporting for F&B operations: prepare journal entries, perform reconciliations, analyze revenue and expense variances, partner with operations to resolve discrepancies, manage F&B revenue tracking and cost controls, and provide financial insights to leadership while ensuring compliance and internal controls.

Performs accurate data entry and verification of contract/source documents, resolves discrepancies with preparers, files and routes paperwork, prepares mailings, and handles owner inquiries. Supports sales, VOA, and corporate departments and completes special projects as assigned.
