Serve as the alternate/secondary program manager providing day-to-day operational oversight of contractor teams supporting DFAS Common Computing Environment. Act with full authority when the primary PM is absent, manage schedules, deliverables, risk, quality, workforce onboarding and certifications, coordinate change management, support transition and COOP/emergency response, and report performance metrics to Government stakeholders.

Provide information assurance engineering for DoD systems: design, implement, evaluate secure networking and enclave environments; support RMF, risk analysis, security planning, procurement security, and policy interpretation; promote security awareness and interact with customers and engineering teams.

Perform RMF assessment and authorization activities for DoD/IC systems: evaluate compliance with NIST 800-53 and DISA STIGs, run vulnerability scans (ACAS, Nessus, SCAP), develop A&A packages, POA&Ms, ISCM plans, advise stakeholders on risk mitigation, and coordinate connection approvals and remediation with administrators and agencies.

Provide senior platform engineering and architecture support for a JWICS classified DFAS CCE enclave, handle Tier 3 tickets, design and document secure IT solutions, support change control and review boards, maintain network/configuration documentation, support COOP/DR exercises, and provide SME on production issues.

Senior Network Engineer responsible for LAN/WAN/WLAN design, installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and security for CONUS operations. Lead technical coordination, use monitoring/automation tools, manage firewalls/VPNs/IDS, implement DoD-aligned policies, support Zero Trust modernization, analyze performance, and recommend vendor solutions to meet mission requirements.

Perform RMF assessment and authorization tasks for DoD/IC systems: conduct vulnerability scans (ACAS/Nessus/SCAP), map to NIST 800-53/STIGs, develop A&A packages, POA&Ms, ISCM plans, validate patching and controls, coordinate with stakeholders (DISA, NSA, USCYBERCOM, DIA) and liaison with administrators to remediate deficiencies and obtain ATO/IATT/ATC.

Manage day-to-day human capital operations for military, civilian, public health service, and contract personnel. Oversee recruitment, in/out-processing, timekeeping, evaluations, awards, manpower actions, readiness monitoring, and force development planning. Use personnel/manpower systems to produce reports and support strategic human capital initiatives aligned with DoD/DHA requirements.

Serve as Government single point of contact and executive lead for DFAS ESLI CCE contract. Direct 40+ personnel across program management, infrastructure/cloud engineering, security operations, CSSP, and IA; manage contract performance, financials, quality, risk, transitions, COOP/DR, and compliance with DoD/DISA/Cyber Command directives.
