Manage daily operations of the Food Share Employment and Training (FSET) program, supervise and train staff, ensure contractual compliance and quality service delivery, handle escalated participant issues, track referrals and resources, compile and QA program data, and maintain positive work culture.

Provide strategic financial leadership, oversee all fiscal functions (reporting, budgeting, forecasting, investments, risk management), direct accounting, payroll, IT and facilities leadership, support CEO and Board with analysis and policy, negotiate contracts and vendor/bank relationships, and ensure regulatory and GAAP compliance.

Partner with leaders to design and execute full-cycle recruiting across high-volume and executive roles. Source, screen, interview, negotiate offers, build talent pipelines, track metrics in ATS, promote employer brand, attend career events, and collaborate on onboarding and workforce planning.
