Coordinates projects, schedules, field activities, meetings, events, resources, procurement, inventory, vendors, travel, and workplace logistics for community health programs. Improves workflows, prepares reports and presentations, provides administrative support, manages documentation, and collaborates with faculty, staff, students, leadership, and community partners to ensure effective program delivery.

Manage and mentor Help Desk Technicians, oversee daily service desk operations, resolve escalated technical issues, and support Windows, Microsoft 365, endpoint security, networking, printing, classroom technology, and campus applications. The role monitors service metrics, develops documentation and reports, supports technology deployments and updates, contributes to budgeting and lifecycle planning, and partners with faculty, staff, students, and administration to improve technology services.
