Provide analytics and data-driven insights to support fundraising campaigns (especially Lottery), including segmentation, targeting, reporting and dashboards, campaign data operations, vendor coordination, and budgeting support to optimize revenue and supporter engagement.

Provide regional program coordination and stakeholder management to grow and maintain Heart & Stroke's resuscitation instructor network. Ensure program quality and compliance, resolve escalations, use CRM and data to monitor performance, support onboarding and retention, represent the organization at events, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement.
