Provides administrative and operational support to the Campaigns team, including executive scheduling, briefing materials, calendars, databases, records, presentations, events, candidate logistics, endorsement coordination, campaign trainings, and departmental communications. The role tracks action items, supports interns and senior staff, maintains campaign information, and assists with election-cycle activities. Evening and weekend work may be required.

Participate in substantive political department work, staff events, professional Lunch and Learn sessions, and Change the World campaign training. Interns gain experience across the political sector and prepare for careers on campaign trails. The internship offers full-time or part-time schedules, with fully remote or hybrid options, and requires a 10-week commitment while residing in the United States.

Provide administrative and database support to the Major Gifts team: maintain Raiser's Edge and shared files, enter donor data, process invoices, conduct donor research, support fundraising events and scheduling, draft materials, coordinate interns, and assist with donor communications and collaboration across departments.
