The Senior HR Manager leads employee relations investigations, performance management, policy compliance, recruitment, onboarding, employee experience, HR systems, learning and development, and workplace safety initiatives. The role provides guidance to managers and employees, administers Paycom and JIRA HR systems, supports union-related matters, maintains compliance with federal, California, and San Francisco employment laws, and serves as a trusted partner to HR leadership across a diverse arts organization.

Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple open requisitions, including candidate pipelines, interview scheduling, hiring-manager communication, applicant tracking, and process optimization. Support Jira HR Hub, Paycom LMS and compliance-training rollouts, safety and IIPP initiatives, and school safety compliance tracking. The role requires hands-on Jira and Paycom implementation, workflow mapping, testing, quality assurance, documentation, and careful handling of confidential information.

Manages a portfolio of mid-level donors, developing cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, and upgrade strategies. Conducts prospect research, tracks donor activity in Tessitura, creates donor communications, supports fundraising events, and leads the Young Patrons Council. Builds relationships with donors and prospects, solicits gifts and event support, coordinates engagement strategies, and helps meet revenue goals for individual giving and young patron initiatives.

Lead SF Ballet's brand identity, media relations, digital strategy, and creative production to build institutional reputation and support revenue and philanthropic goals. Oversee communications, PR, editorial, website, social media, creative vendors, and a multi-person team; coordinate cross-functionally with marketing, philanthropy, artistic leadership, and operations. Manage crisis communications, media partnerships, and campaign content; set brand standards and measure performance.
