Lead end-to-end SAP projects, managing scoping, scheduling, governance, financials, risk, resourcing and reporting. Conduct requirements analysis, facilitate client workshops, oversee configuration, testing, integration, data migration, cutover and post-go-live support. Mentor junior consultants and drive process optimisation and deployment planning while collaborating with technical teams and stakeholders.

Lead design and implement SAP S/4HANA manufacturing solutions (PP, QM, MES), run workshops, oversee configuration/testing/integration, guide migrations and cutover, mentor consultants, and advise stakeholders on best practices.

Advise clients on digital transformation, lead business change and technology implementations (e.g., ERP/e-commerce), manage projects/programmes using agile approaches, develop strategic plans, engage stakeholders at all levels, drive innovation and commercial opportunities, and travel regularly within the UK and internationally.

Lead and support consulting workstreams to design and implement technology-enabled business transformations. Deliver client-facing analysis, develop data-driven solutions, create deliverables, manage priorities, and mentor peers while ensuring measurable program outcomes.

Deliver end-to-end SAP module solutions: gather requirements, produce business blueprints, configure and customise systems, manage testing, data conversion, integration, training and go-live support, and provide ongoing consultancy and team coaching.
