Lead cultivation, stewardship, and growth of mid-level and sustainer donor programs. Build scalable systems to convert and upgrade donors using EveryAction and DonorSearch, prospect and qualify high-capacity prospects, manage recurring giving and churn mitigation, direct high-volume appeals, track pipeline velocity and engagement metrics, collaborate cross-functionally, and supervise a Senior Development Associate to drive revenue growth.

Serve as the President's trusted right hand to coordinate organizational strategy, align cross-functional teams, operationalize strategic decisions, manage Board engagement, oversee preparation for external engagements, track action items, and build systems to improve collaboration, communication, and organizational effectiveness. Support strategic planning, development, and external communications while occasionally traveling and staffing the President at events.
