Manages financial operations across medical centres, including revenue, M-Pesa, cash, debit card, petty cash, inventory, and fixed-asset reconciliations. Prepares financial reports, P&L reviews, variance analyses, and month-end close activities. Maintains internal controls, investigates discrepancies, supports audits, reviews invoices, and escalates financial risks or irregularities. Acts as the finance liaison between branches and head office while collaborating with branch managers and the Lead Operations Accountant.
