Lead campaign strategy and execution across corporate accountability, policy, and culture work. Manage senior campaign leaders, integrate organizing, digital, communications, and policy, build people-power systems, set KPIs, and ensure cross‑functional coordination, evaluation, and funder alignment to deliver high-impact, large-scale campaigns.

Senior executive responsible for setting Leading Educators' research and learning agenda, designing and scaling evidence-based services and products, and translating research into organization-wide practice. Leads cross-functional teams (Research & Data, Math, Science of Reading), partners with Growth and Program teams to pilot and commercialize innovations (including AI-enabled instruction), represents the organization externally, and ensures measurable, scalable impact across K–12 systems.

Manage day-to-day coordination of multiple campaigns: maintain tracking systems, run coordination meetings, manage timelines and budgets, identify risks, support rapid response and vendor/grants processes, and ensure cross-functional alignment to deliver campaigns on time and with impact.
