Monitor and maintain network systems, perform Level 1 investigations, resolve or escalate alerts, log incidents, analyze outages, collaborate with IT teams and vendors, develop dashboards, participate in on-call rotations, and lead post-incident reviews to improve system availability and alerts.

Act as primary liaison between clients and development teams to manage integrations, monitor project progress, mitigate risks, prioritize bugs/tasks, provide hands-on technical support, and maintain client relationships while ensuring timely delivery, budget compliance, and quality.

Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js, TypeScript and NestJS. Work with NoSQL databases, Redis and message queues; deploy on AWS/Azure using Docker and CI/CD. Create REST/GraphQL APIs, write automated tests, mentor teammates, and contribute to microservices and cloud-native architecture and documentation.
