Serve as primary Italian Customer Success Manager for an AI-driven marketing attribution platform: onboard and manage accounts, analyze cross-channel performance, recommend optimizations, consult on performance marketing, and collaborate with Account, Product, and ML teams to drive customer outcomes.

Act as primary contact for German and English-speaking customers: manage onboarding to renewal, analyze cross-channel ad performance, identify optimizations, deliver actionable recommendations, consult on performance marketing and AI implementation, and collaborate with Account Managers and Product/ML teams to drive customer growth.
