Lead enterprise-wide transformation and post-acquisition integrations, partnering with cross-functional leaders to implement systems, streamline processes, build integration frameworks, and manage a team of project, business, and data analysts to deliver measurable operational and customer experience improvements.

Lead and scale Accounts Receivable operations including billing, collections, dispute resolution, and customer account management. Drive improvements in cash flow, DSO, aging AR, and net collection rate. Partner with Finance, Operations, Customer Service, and IT to optimize ERP, reporting, and workflows. Build high-performing teams, enforce accountability, and support long-term business growth through process improvements and operational excellence.
