Lead development and execution of digital marketing strategies for artists, coordinating with managers, labels, DSPs and partners to grow audiences via streaming, social, paid media, email, websites, and analytics-informed campaigns.

Coordinate catalogue release projects across audio, artwork, metadata, production and marketing. Track timelines, approvals, costs, test pressings and delivery; liaise with managers, marketing and production teams to prepare assets and ensure on-time releases.

Support Beatnik Creative and artist roster with administration, scheduling, touring and live-event coordination, promotion, releases, social media/digital activity, A&R support, and on-site event assistance, including occasional evenings and weekends.

Provide administrative and project support to artist managers and rosters: calendar and travel coordination, file and asset management, campaign and social media support, liaising with internal teams and external partners, event and tour assistance, and general day-to-day management tasks.
