Lead day-to-day finance operations, month-end close, grant accounting and compliance, revenue recognition, payroll recording, financial reporting, budgeting/forecasting, and process improvements. Partner with program managers and external agencies to ensure grant compliance, prepare invoices/reimbursements, maintain accounting systems, and mentor junior staff.

Lead daily operations of Walker Beacon School, balancing clinical and educational needs for students with complex mental health challenges. Oversee staffing, hiring, supervision, budget, site and IT coordination, admissions, DESE compliance, crisis intervention, parent and public-school communication, program development, and community relations. Serve as liaison to senior leadership and Board; support fundraising, training, and continuous program improvement.
