Staff Accountant responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, banking, journal entries, reconciliations, revenue recognition, grant accounting, monthly close, budgeting, forecasting, audit support, financial reporting, and process improvement. The role supports Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and related financial systems, prepares dashboards and KPIs, documents procedures, and partners with program and development teams to ensure accurate nonprofit financial stewardship.

Lead day-to-day finance operations, month-end close, grant accounting and compliance, revenue recognition, payroll recording, financial reporting, budgeting/forecasting, and process improvements. Partner with program managers and external agencies to ensure grant compliance, prepare invoices/reimbursements, maintain accounting systems, and mentor junior staff.
