Owns sustaining engineering for a digital investment foundry, including continuous improvement, equipment specification and commissioning, preventive maintenance, 5S, work instructions, operator training, process validation, capacity expansion, CAPA support, and EHS compliance. The role works hands-on with production, quality, metallurgical, and engineering teams to improve yield, cycle time, cost, safety, and quality.
